How to become a Maxicare Agent?
Basic Accreditation Requirements
- Age Requirement: 18 to 65 yrs. old
- Educational Attainment : Graduated (at least) from Secondary Level (High school)
STEP 1
Submit the complete application requirements to the Accreditation Team.
- 2×2 picture in BLUE background
- E-signature
- Two government issued IDs with visible photo & signature
- Tax Identification Number
- Bank account details or accomplished ACA form
- BIR Form 2303
- Sworn Declaration
- Official Receipt
STEP 2
Pay the Accreditation fee.
STEP 3
 Attend the two-day Accreditation Training
STEP 4
Pass the Accreditation Exam
STEP 5
Review and Sign the Service Agreement
